How do I return an item?
Please read the following notes on returns and exchanges
RETURNS
- Items may be returned to us within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in NEW, unopened condition with all tags still attached
- Items that have been opened will not be available for return
- Return shipping is NOT included
- BunkersBackyard.com is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us. We HIGHLY recommend insuring your package
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or $5 per item, whichever is higher.
- Items must be returned without damage. Damage includes but is not limited to scratch marks, teeth marks, worn in areas, missing tags, broken stitches, loose stitches, stretched fabric, hair, smells, and stains.
- If items are returned with damage, BunkersBackyard will NOT contact the customer and will not apply any credits.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Send all items to the address below
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available for defective items or for a new size/color/type (for items that have variables)
- Items must be in NEW condition with ALL original packaging and tag materials included
- Return shipping is NOT included
- Products being exchanged must also include payment for return shipment - Payment is $2.95 for USPS Flat Rate Mail or $4.95 for Priority Mail. Please contact us if other shipping methods are required or if the item will be sent out of the US 50 and Territories. Payment for shipping may be in the form of a personal check (7-10 days to clear), PayPal, or credit card info. We are unable to add payments automatically to your card used for the original purchase

- If items sent in for exchange are damaged, BunkersBackyard will NOT contact the customer and will not apply any credits or send the exchanged item. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Bunkers Backyard and arrange for return shipment.
